but not to actually feel strong and happy.

The truth is that being the best version of yourself has nothing to do with strict diets. I'm not going to tell you what to eat or how to grow your booty to be happy. I'm also not going to overwhelm you even more with complicated workouts and routines.

What I am going to do, is get you as strong as possible and lifting heavy weights confidently, without telling you what to eat.
